Patient who want to do online consultation create his/her account and verify by email with medhealthindia.com.The request can be created or managed only after login.

The patient can create request for online appointment with consultant of hospital registered with us. The appointment will be confirmed only after request reviewed. The consultant will schedule video call with patient in the system. The patient can see the schedule confirm by make online payment or cancel the schedule.

Appointment Request updates notified by email.Patient can login and view updates also able to communicate with consultant as comments in request details. Patient consultant communication, schedule details, reports request,prescription all can be viewed in comment section of the request.

The online appointment will be confirmed after consultant schedule call for patient request.The confirmation of schedule will be based on the payment of the consultant fee. The link to make online payment will be visible in the schedule.
